Extremely User-friendly
Simple operation with easily accessible magazine. Open the doors and load the magazines on the inside of the door and in the frame. In addition, the lower magazine shelf pulls out to make loading and picking easier.
WorkPartner 2 has the capacity to serve more than one machine in applications where the magazine capacity is sufficient for the needs of the production cell. If you need a larger magazine capacity, we recommend WorkPartner 2+
Options
• Rotating gripper jaw 180°
• Double gripper jaw
• Tilting gripper jaw 90°
• Drying station, but not in double cells, where the drying station is placed on the opposite side to the machine
• Double cell – one unit serves two machines
• ID system with/without automatic scanning
• Cell PC med WorkShopManager software
Magazine capacity
The magazines consist of a number of shelves, in the doors or in the frame. Every shelf provides space for a number of pallets, many for the small pallet systems, fewer for the larger ones. The number of shelves in the magazines depends on the height of the loaded parts.
The magazines are therefore constructed from a number of modules, giving practically unlimited scope to adapt the magazines to the specific needs of every user. There are no “standard magazines”.
Here are some commonly occurring magazine combinations.

In , only customer-specific solutions, since the number of positions per shelf is determined mainly by the size of the workpiece and therefore of the clamping elements and not by the tool system – whether you choose Macro, Unimatic or MacroTwin.
